Most kitchens buy Thank You bags without ever reading the spec. They come from the distributor in a case, they cost what they cost, and every so often one tears on the pass and someone re-bags an order with a customer watching. We started Supply Access because that tear is a spec problem, not bad luck.
The number that matters: microns
The standard Thank You bag is 12 micron film. Ours run 14 to 17 micron depending on size, which is up to 42% thicker. That is the whole difference between a bag that holds two entrées and a drink carrier and a bag that holds them until the handle stretches.
We put 22 lbs on a Large bag, on a scale, on camera. Every batch, before it ships.
Thicker film costs more per bag to make. We can still sell it for less because there is nobody between our factory and your kitchen. No distributor margin, no rep, no minimum order. One step from the extrusion line to your shelf.

What we did not change
The print. Red on white, the flowers, the words. Your customers know this bag, and in delivery it is the only part of your restaurant they touch. We kept it exactly as it has looked since 1965 and fixed the part you could not see.
How the box maths works
- 500 bags plus 600 free in every box. That is 1,100 bags, and the price per bag on the box is calculated on all of them.
- Subscribe and 100 more land in every delivery. 1,200 bags per cycle, delivered every 4, 8 or 12 weeks, pause or cancel anytime.
- Build a bundle and the price drops again. Mix Small, Medium and Large across 4, 8 or 12 boxes and get down to $0.045 a bag.
Which size does your kitchen run?
Small (8" + 6" × 16") is the single-order workhorse: one entrée with sides, sandwiches, pastries. Medium (10.5" + 6" × 21") takes two to three entrées and a drink carrier, and most kitchens run it heaviest. Large (12" + 7" × 22") is for group orders and catering trays, and it is the one we load-test at 22 lbs.
