**Because BetterBag+ products are used in food service environments, we are unable to guarantee the hygiene integrity of any item once it has been opened or handled. This shapes our shipping and returns policy below**
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States mainland only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international addresses at this time.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Although shipping times vary by location and are estimates only, BetterBag+ exclusively uses Express Shipping services through our partner carriers, with a standard delivery window of 2 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. BetterBag+ is not responsible for carrier delays due to unforeseen circumstances once the order has been dispatched.
Free shipping is included on every Individual subscription and every Bundle subscription. Discovery Box and one-time purchases are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order ships. If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order contact us at hello@betterbagplus.com.
BetterBag+ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If you believe your package has been lost in transit contact us at hello@betterbagplus.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only on one-time purchases. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be:
Unopened and unused, in its original condition with no damage to the box or packaging, and returned in the original packaging
Individual subscription orders, Bundle subscription orders and the Discovery Box are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Contact us at hello@betterbagplus.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Do not send your return without contacting us first.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. BetterBag+ does not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
The Discovery Box, Individual subscription orders, bundle subscription orders, any product that has been opened, used or damaged, subscription charges for billing cycles already processed if the order has already shipped
Any return that arrives opened, used or damaged cannot be restocked and will be destroyed. No refund will be issued for opened or damaged returns.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@betterbagplus.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Failure to notify us within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for a resolution.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with your first subscription order contact us at hello@betterbagplus.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. This applies to your first subscription order only.
