We process every Discovery Pack the same way we process all of our orders. The moment we receive your order we get it moving. You will have a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days. BetterBag is built on speed and efficiency because we know running out of bags is not something you can wait on. The last thing you need is a supplier that takes a week to ship. We don't do that.

The Discovery Pack is our way of letting you experience BetterBag+ before committing. You only pay for shipping and the bags are on us — so the shipping fee is non-refundable. Once your order has left our warehouse we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@betterbagplus.com within 48 hours.

Our bags are made from highest level of HDPE, the gold-star material used across the food service industry. The difference is thickness. We run 14 micron on Size S, 15 micron on Size M and 17 micron on Size L. That extra thickness is what stops bags from splitting on heavy orders.
